Flat Fee
The Flat Fee ( Shown Below) is your quote and you will not be contacted for repair approval after we receives your unit, unless an additional
charge is needed in which you will be contacted before any further work is done. Note: Our Flat fee does not included replacement boards but it
included all the components for repair your boards, we will inform you in the special case your LCD monitor needs replacement boards.
In most cases we repair to COMPONENT LEVEL and don't need any board replacement but in some special cases specific components are not
available and board replacement are required
Our Statistics show: 95% of the LCD monitors and LCD TVs we received are fixed at the repair quote show below.

SHIPPING INSTRUCTIONS FOR REPAIRS
- Click on link below REPAIR REQUEST FORM and complete form and Email.
- Print 1 copy and include with repair.
- Pack well in original packaging if available. (Be very careful that nothing puts pressure on the screen when packing)
- When your repair is complete you will receive an Email with a link to the Repair Checkout Page.
- Completed Repairs are usally shipped same day if you checkout by 4 P.M. CST
- All Repairs have a 90 Day Warranty parts and labor.
